Hi, I’m Angela. Thank you for visiting my website!
I’ve had restless legs syndrome for a long time, more than 15 years. I’ve probably lost thousands of hours of sleep over that time.
I didn’t want to take medication, so I’ve just kept trialling lots of other treatments and solutions. In the last couple of years, I’ve had a breakthrough and found that there are things I can do at home that will help me to get a good nights sleep.
I want to share these strategies with as many people as possible. I’ve also set up pages where you can share your solutions and what seems to cause your restless legs, so we can all learn from each other.
